No issues I've ever experienced myself other than with the AMD integrated  
graphics controller (I solved that by buying the video card Think Penguin  
sells) and WiFi. The OS itself is solid.

Do of course test the printer. I don't know about printers myself, so I'll  
let someone else tell you about them.
