I emailed Zak (the new campaigns manager) for whom produced the guide. I  
mentioned this to him when he was originally working on it. I'm assuming he  
just forgot. I sent an email though. Apparently my original email with better  
pictures, etc. didn't get to him. I wish he had email me or called. I know  
they were on a rush time line to get it out though.
