Well this is what happens. In April of 2012 a new law appear that makes any  
direct seller with an anual income of 250 000€ to have a POS with certified  
software by the (called here) Finances. But starting on January 2013,  
everyone (that sells directly to the client) needs to have one. If they don't  
have the POS (or if they, or the client, don't ask/provide any bill) then  
they will be sanctioned with fine that can go up to 1000€ (if I'm not  
wrong).

This is why I am searching for one not expensive where I could run Trisquel  
and a free POS (that needs to be licensed here) like OpenBravo.
