Apparently freetux tv [1] is GPLv3 licensed and included in Ubuntu 12.10
onwards [2], so it should automatically be included in Trisquel 6.5, which
will be released many years from now.
Apparently there are PPA packages for oneiric 11.10 [3] which the current
Trisquel 5.5 is based on.
