I also read something about "not being able to play your DVDs". I haven't  
actually tried in Trisquel, but libdvdread4 seems to be installed by default.  
I recall Ubuntu leaving that package out of their distro by default. And a  
similar situation with Fedora.

Interestingly, I recall Fedora, a popular distro, can't play MP3s out of the  
box for patent reasons.
