No, that is a projection based on release history and how we get our  
packages:

* Trisquel 6.0 packages are based on Ubuntu 12.04 "Precise"
* Trisquel 6.5 packages should be based on Ubuntu 12.10 "Quantal"

* Trisquel 7.0 packages should be based on Ubuntu 13.04 "Raring"

Since the package was incorporated into the Ubuntu 13.04 pre-release that  
when Trisquel incorporates those packages for the 7.0 version it will include  
Aseprite
