I'd probably complain to the bank. Chance are they don't have any control  
over it... but it can't hurt. The software is likely written by a company  
that is then deployed by various banks.  Firefox 10 is supported on at least  
some operating systems. There is no technical / security justification for  
telling users there browser is no longer supported or banning them from using  
these browsers.
