Hi,
I'm new to GNU/Linux (9 months on Ubuntu) and would like to migrate to
Trisquel. I'm using a Lenovo X60 which apparently has an Intel 3945 wireless
card. From testing Trisquel and searching the forums/internet, it seems that
there's no Free (as in speech) driver for this card.
Any suggestions for next steps? It seems my options are 1) stay with Ubuntu
or 2) buy a Free-compatible wireless device.
Option #1 is not a great option since I dig the philosophy of the
FSF/Trisquel/etc.
Option #2 is not a great option since I've barely tested Trisquel; it looks
really good at first glance, but I haven't really gotten in-depth with it
yet.
Thanks in advance!
