[Trisquel-users] Introducing linux-libre-announce

If you're using my APT repository [0] I wanted to mention that an  
announcement list [1] is now available. The primary intended use is to be  
able to communicate with people using my repository and let them know when  
kernel packaged are being end-of-lifed (in cases where they're following  
version-specific branches), etc. It will be very low volume.
