@Sascha are you serious about your last post?
I am living in Iran and the government has blocked access to some websites  
(Facebook, twitter, youtube, BBC, blogger.com (blogspot), wordpress.com,  
ThePirateBay, etc) but we can easily download TOR and use it, and using TOR  
is not a criminal action.
