Microsoft does, however, maintain two free software licenses. Still, both of them are certified GPL-incompatible by the FSF. (Even when Microsoft does free software, they can't get it right.) I have actually seen a single program distributed under the MsPL, but it appears to be illegal, as the program is based on the GPL-covered wget.
