Well, Trisquel has the net install option...With an LTS-only schedule, Ruben might have time to also release something a little better tailored for a server than a simple netinstall image (i.e. a GLAMP distro). Not everyone who wants to run a server is advanced enough to work with a netinstall.
But I agree, it'd be nice if ThinkPenguin offered meaty server hardware, too.
