So, edit the file that script looks for the info. Just remember to fix it  
back afterwards!

sudo nano /etc/lsb-release
There you need to change the line DISTRIB_RELEASE=6.0 to  
DISTRIB_RELEASE=12.04

Then try the script. It's huge but I believe it should work without any more  
tampering. :)

Aaand then set back the correct version.
