AFAIK Evolution supports lists of contacts to whom you can send batch mail  
with; that is not a mailing lists in the meaning it is not centralized on a  
server, but I bet you can configure that mail client to put every address in  
the CCO: field instead of CC:, which make every receiver's e-mail address  
readable only by his respective owner.

Perhaps Thunderbird and KMail have such feature also.
