I think is impossible to have full GNOME 3 experience with Trisquel and  
Ubuntu. Many things was changed for Unity or GNOME Fallback.

Probably the better way is Fedora with Linux-libre.(With linux-libre you have  
Fedora 100% free, but only issue is Firefox non-free addons).

I don't know if have one 100% free GNU distro with the full GNOME 3.
