Well, Chris, the CEO of ThinkPenguin usually is involved in these forums, but  
on the other hand he might respond faster to personal E-mails. Probably if  
it's something specific to the hardware you got from TP, E-mail them, and if  
it's more of a general Trisquel problem, post here.
