I made a fresh Trisquel 6.0 installation a few days ago, but it took me about
5-6 retries before I managed to do it. The problem happens when you try to
install the 'trisquel' meta-package (the default desktop environment), which
dependes on Abrowser, or Abrowser itself. You end up in a dependency hell,
and the installation process fails.
Abrowser for some reason depends on the 'firefox' and the
'firefox-globalmenu' packages, even though I don't see why is that the case.
Before this fresh installation I had Trisquel 6.0 that I upgraded from
Trisquel 5.5, and there I didn't have this dependency hell (although I did
have another dependency hell unrelated to the issue).
Can someone take a look and remove those broken dependencies? Abrowser is a
tool that people depend on a lot (and I'm one of them :) ).
Cheers,
Marko
