When I talked to one of my friends about free software, I was careful to  
explain the meaning of my term. But when I mentioned that it was about  
respecting your freedoms he said simply "I don't need someone else to respect  
my freedoms. I already do that."

He made me realize that, in general, people only care about functionality and  
price in software. Not about freedom.
