[Trisquel-users] The rules

I think we MUST create rules for the site. Some of us used to think about  
community guideline as the rules, but this is creating very unclear  
situation.

For example, I always thought about community guideline as only
freewill document. I'm sure, some of us will agree with me.
This situation must be clarify.
