It's there[0] - Wine 1.2 and 1.4.
Try Synaptic or Terminal with apt-get.
sudo apt-get install wine
sudo apt-get install wine1.2
sudo apt-get install wine1.4

You can search packages with this:
apt-cache search packagename

You probably searched on Add/Remove, but I don't know why it's not appears  
there.
