I prefer UnPlug (Firefox extension) and ViewTube (Greasemonkey script)  
myself. I know UnPlug works perfectly for YouTube and Dailymotion and some  
others, while I know that ViewTube works on YouTube, Dailymotion, and  
Blip.tv. UnPlug normally downloads videos, but you can also "open" them in  
most cases, which will cause Abrowser's regular HTML5 player to be used to  
stream the video.
