First of all, you should update (e.g., with the "Update Manager"). Trisquel's  
Web browser now is at version 21.0, whereas you are apparently still using  
version 16.0.1.

Then, I do not know why it is so but the beginning of the DEB file name  
should be "abrowser" and not "firefox". For instance, the package  
http://es.archive.trisquel.info/trisquel/pool/main/f/firefox/abrowser-locale-pt_21.0+build2-0ubuntu0.12.04.3+6.0trisquel5_i386.deb  
exists. Updating may solve this problem as well...
