Ah, looks like the nautilus plugin in the repos is for nautilus 2, which is  
not included in Tris 6... :)

Soo, you need to get rabbitvcs-nautilus3. You might get it from  
http://ppa.launchpad.net/rabbitvcs/ppa/ubuntu/pool/main/r/rabbitvcs/rabbitvcs_0.15.3.orig.tar.bz2  
and try to combine with the version in Trisquel repos or then just go ahead  
and build the whole thing from that.
