It was to rip a first season DVD of Heroes that I use for my ESL students.  
Considering the DVD discs get used and abused over the course of the year, I  
wanted to make VP3/Vorbis files using Handbrake. I'll have to try  
Transmageddon or Arista since Handbrake is not available.
