[Trisquel-users] Update on ath9k_htc in Ubuntu's repos

I filed this bug a little while back, but got notification of it being  
"Confirmed" and hopefully the libre Atheros ath9k_htc firmware makes it into  
Ubuntu's firmware packages and replaces the old ones:
