Yes- buy just about any 3rd generation Intel CPU with a compatible  
motherboard and VGA port should ensure there is no need for a separate  
graphics card.

If you get a 4th generation CPU and motherboard you will need to upgrade to  
the 3.8 kernel.

If you do this you won't need to buy a graphics card.
