I find Trisquel gives me a very good user experience. But only after buying
the right hardware. Too many manufacturers don't want to allow for their
hardware to work with free drivers. Before the update I had lots of problems
with my videocard, but otherwise it was very good already.
I also find the thought of using only free software pretty liberating and
somehow calming. However the whole system is very stable, I rarely encounter
errors or bugs and if I do, they are quite harmless.
I found Ubuntu to be much more unstable and it broke on me much more
frequently. Once I updated to a newer release in Ubuntu and suddenly there
was no sound and some other issues. Never seen that in Trisquel.
