Indeed, this is a serious issue. Virtualbox has also been removed from  
Parabola for the same reasons. For anyone wanting to get this fixed I've  
opened up a bug directly with VirtualBox's Trac here

Until then we may have to use virt-manager and QEMU-KVM. :/
