Hi
B1 Pack Project is open source, you can use the code to work with b1 format and .b1 files. B1 Free Archiver as desktop and android applications are just free, but not open source. We are going to keep it free, but for now we have no plans to public the code of the apps. But if you need any help with b1 format and the libraries I'll be happy to help you.

Thanks,
Adam
