There is nothing wrong with this clause. I am less sure about what comes before: The user will not use our services to send messages that are undesirable or to people who did not explicitly give their consent. She will not send either messages breaking the law. Consequently, no illegal, insulting, fraudulent, obscene, racist, xenophobic message.
