Download the video and play it with one of the video players. Below the flash  
window there's a link that says "More Formats." Click on that and at the top  
of the screen you'll find links for the mp4 file and a torrent for the mp4  
file. I use the torrent then keep it open just to help them out a little. I  
watch it almost every day and it works just great.
