[Trisquel-users] Does anyone else have no arrows on their scroll bars?

I noticed for some time that on the Browser, etc. on the right where the  
scroll bar is, there are no up/down arrows to click to increment. Is this on  
purpose, or is my system faulty? I have checked the settings and gconf-editor  
and found no way to get them to appear.
