[Trisquel-users] configuring touchpad fully

Greetings,

I'm trying to get my laptop touchpad sorted. I want to assign a function to  
three finger taps, as is doable under KDE.
I have gsynaptics installed but it doesn't offer options for such  
functionality. Further, xorg.conf has no section for the touchpad. Where is  
the configuration kept these days?

Also, is it possible to permanently disable Caps Lock? I can't find anything  
in the keyboard section, so I'm presuming it can be done via a config file?
