GNU/Linux desktop environments allow you to make some many modifications -
and, therefore, to be so creative, or to enjoy so much of other people's
great creativity... Why would you want to stick to such a theme?
(I know there are people who always try to make themes similar to the ones
used by the most well-known non-free desktop environments. So, maybe you can
find it there, also... But,)

(Maybe you'll find one there that you even like better than Windows 7's.)
