[Trisquel-users] Is this Libre software?

I don't find this software, truecrypt, in the FSF directory, but from reading  
the license, it seems to be free - the full detailed source code is  
available, you can modify it, distribute it, etc.:

Because it is not available for installation through Synaptic and Add/Remove  
Applications, I downloaded the tar file, extracted it, and now I have a shell  
script file. What is the easiest way for me to now install it?
