Btw, how much time we need to wait until 3.8 gets backported from Ubuntu?
Some days ago I run into the same problem when done some testing in 32-bit
virtual environment. I assumed it's just some problem with either low memory
(from where the whole system is running), or rather the fact, that it's
virtualized. I doesn't had this problem, when I made an update on a 64-bit
non-virtualized installation. What architecture do you use?
