[Trisquel-users] how do i get this sytem to dual boot trisquel and win 7 on the same hdd but different partition

i have already installed everything

but it only gives me the choice between win7 and the ghost of a long erased  
winxp

no trisquel

i am now in cmd.exe

and i am in c:\Windows\system>bcdedit


windows boot manager

how do i get grub in there the right and proper way without ruining shit
