Last I heard the BDFL's official position was Trisquel only supports 
GFSD bugs and what is on the various CDs.  Personally, when I 
[rarely] look at Issues I add triaging bugs in the Trisquelized 
packages (trisquel at the end of the package name) to that so users 
don't get the run around / ping-pong effect with upstream.  But, 
given the limited number of people who work Issues, that's 
effectively a personal service :-(.

For all sorts of reasons my guidance would be if you find a bug ask 
on the forum first.
