Clarendon looks like a very good font, it's really pleasent to read.
If someone owns the patent for Clarendon and sells it for $120 per license (right here) I can hardly imagine, that he will free it for $30K.
Armworm, can you be completely sure the guy won't just take the money and keep the font? Or just give you a proprietary license to use the font once and laugh his ass of.
