Try Bleachbit. It's in the repositories. The only issue is it can't clean  
Abrowser.

A workaround is described here. Move ~/.mozilla/abrowser to  
~/.mozilla/firefox, open bleachbit, use the Firefox cleaner, and move the  
directory back.
