You mean the beginning of the video with the two guys talking about Daala? If  
so, you're lucky because I can't hear anything except hissing from my  
speakers. If you're able to hear the talk it means that, despite inaudible,  
there is actually audio data in there. This leads me to the question, are you  
able to hear Rubén's talk in the video by boosting the volume? If yes,  
there's a real chance for creating a fixed up video with his speech (at least  
from the parts available) with some further editing.
