How is that different from a regular PC with non-free BIOS, which can run  
Trisquel?  Or a smartphone with proprietary bootloader, which can run  
Replicant?  Why couldn't a Raspberry Pi run Trisquel, even though some  
proprietary stuff is needed to boot it?
