IIRC, EME support is not necessarily non-free. Of course, the purpose of EME  
is to allow DRM integration, but this is not something technically defined by  
EME itself, i.e. it is /possible/ for free EME plugins.

A better way to solve this issue might be to stop Trisquel web browsers from  
running proprietary JavaScript. Or maintain the status quo of not bundling  
Chromium at all.
