[Trisquel-users] installing trisquel from ubuntu?

i have an hp pavillion dv1000 , long time with no use, i had windows xp and  
ubuntu 11.01, i cant boot from cd, neither from usb, the windows wont charge,  
but ubuntu works fine, just slow, so how can i install trisquel from ubuntu?  
the easy and fast way
