Short answer:No.
Long answer: VERY unlikely. If you've got an x86 tablet/phone (and if Android
and all its available apps run well on it that basically means it isn't x86)
you might be lucky,but then it's very difficult (i.e. to boot from the
bootloader to Trisquel's installer) and chances are after all the hardwork
things like Wi-Fi will fail.
I said x86 because pretty much all Windows PCs are x86 (or x86-64, which is
basically the same as AMD64), and that's what Trisquel is designed to run on.
Why don't you try Trisquel on your PC (that inclues laptops as well) instead?
