Hello, foffo! There is no way to know if Trisquel GNU/Linux (the correct  
name) will work on your computer unless you try it out. You can download a  
disc image from the download page (https://trisquel.info/en/download) and run  
it as a live CD. Whether it works or not, please submit the results to h-node  
(http://h-node.org) so others will know how well it works with free software.
