Christ Had you try to post the job opening in other Web and local job agencies?
This could help a lot and saves you a lot of paper trail by letting them know specifically your skill sets requirements. Basically, the recruiter does all the screening and requirements and if a qualified candidate they will send him/her to your corporate offices ready.
I went home this month, and had a chance to drive up to my sister house in New Jersey, not far away from us in Philadelphia, just across the bridge.
