Dolphin games run at full speed on the original hardware, but it takes a mean  
PC to get full speed from Dolphin. I believe it only uses 2 cores, and it  
needs CPU speed more than GPU speed. For gaming in general though, the more  
memory the better, and higher resolution requires much higher GPU power.
