I had this problem too,so I ran the "select best server" at the applications sources (sorry if this is not the official translation, as my system is in Portuguese.
I switched to fr.archive.trisquel.info and also to ftp instead of html.Maybe we have to use the different servers, to avoid overloading the main server.
