Update: I found out that it does work nicely with holding either shift or  
ctrl and dragging the folder to its desired destination - both moving and  
copying work well. So was it intended that the ctrl+c/v - solution is not in  
there? In that case I would argue that this certainly decreases accessibility  
for new users... Just my opinion ;-)
